Chase chose a career in social work to help and support people and communities to heal and recover.

Chase’s philosophy on therapy is to create a safe and affirming space for his clients a priority. He firmly believes that self-growth is a process that takes time, intent, and most of all self-love. Chase helps his clients develop SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-Based) goals as part of recovery. He supports clients through modalities/techniques such as Person-Centered Theory, Solutions-Focused Theory, Strengths-Based and Empowerment, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Crisis Theory and Intervention, Motivational Interviewing and Motivational Enhancement Theory and Ecotherapy/Nature-Therapy. Chase has experience supporting people navigate various concerns regarding their mental wellness including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief from loss, post-traumatic stress disorder and has experience supporting individuals, couples, members of the LGBTQ+ community and groups both in-person and in telehealth settings.
