Fiona Nottingham, LMFT
After an extensive background as an executive in the entertainment industry, including a move to Los Angeles from London, Fiona wanted to pursue her passion for psychology and the human condition by being of service to others in facilitating growth, insights, and an increase in wellbeing, as well as fostering a greater fulfillment and long-term stability in her own life.
Fiona’s approach to treatment is collaborative with patients. She applies an integrative treatment approach, incorporating evidence-based practices, psychodynamic therapy,and attachment theory, neuroscience, and holistic therapeutic treatments.
Fiona works with a wide range of diverse presenting problems affecting individuals, couples, families, and groups. She brings a wealth of experience treating populations with substance use disorders, process addictions, mood disorder, eating disorders, personality disorders, mental health issues, and forensics for people interacting with the legal system. Some additional areas of specialty include Trauma, Addiction, Gambling Disorder, Dual Diagnosis, and Life Transitions.
