Jameson Kelly, Psy.D.
Dr. Kelly specializes in evidence-based therapies for posttraumatic stress disorder/complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, adjustment to medical diagnoses including peri/postpartum concerns, as well as improving social communication. She is particularly interested in healing the impact of long-term stress on a person’s lifestyle patterns.
Dr. Kelly believes people in therapy are generally at a crossroad in their life, making complex decisions about how they would like to move forward and define their path as well as themselves. The point of therapy is to adjust to a new lifestyle in a way that brings joy into your universe.
