Jennifer Gigena, AMFT
Jennifer became a therapist to help break the stigma of therapy. She wants to empower others in their ability to make changes in areas where they once felt stuck.
Jennifer’s believes in today’s society many can be reluctant to making lifestyle changes due to fear. Fear of being judged, fear of what lies ahead, or even of oneself. This fear alone could be harnessed and utilized as fuel to motivate oneself to push through life’s barriers. Jennifer believes that creating an environment where one feels safe, outspoken, and brave to share their deepest feelings is where one can truly embark on their healing journey.
Jennifer has experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, victims of abuse/survivors of abuse, codependency, parent-child relationship conflict, marital conflict, self-esteem, grief and loss and other major life events.
